Functions Terms & Conditions - Venues

1. Minimum Numbers - Catering packages are priced on a minimum of 10 adult guests. If an event package is less than 10 adult guests, additional charges may apply.

2. Tentative Booking - A tentative booking may be placed at the absolute discretion of the host club and such a booking will be held by the club for a maximum period of 7 days (Tentative Booking Period). Upon the expiry of the Tentative Booking Period, the Club may cancel the tentative booking at this time. Any facilities booked in relation to the tentative booking will be available for booking by any party.

3. Confirmation of Bookings - Barefoot Bowls Party bookings shall be confirmed 5 days prior to the booking date. All confirmations shall be confirmed BY Barefoot Bowls Party. Confirmation of FOOD & BOWLERS, we understand that there will always be guests who are a no show however if your event has arranged and confirmed numbers for catering you will be charged FULL freight for the food. Parties have until 5pm the night before to reduce their Catering & Bowling numbers without charge. Regarding bowling, Barefoot Bowls Party allows a tolerance of 25% on confirmed booking participation numbers. Example: If a party confirms for 100ppl to play barefoot bowls & only 60 show on the day, you will be charged for 75 participates.

4. Time Slots - Barefoot bowls parties are booked in 2hr slots however all parties will be instructed by the Barefoot Bowls Instructors to finish their bowls party 20mins prior to their completed 2hour period. This allows the Bowls Instructors time to reset and clean the rinks in time for the next booked event.

5. Menu Selection - Final menu selection is required at least three (5) days prior to the event. Any special meals, including those relating to specific dietary requirements, must also be identified, and advised at this time. All catering confirmations shall be confirmed by the host club.
• Under no exceptions is prepared Food or Alcohol allowed to be brought onto ANY premises.
• Chips & Dips are an exception at certain venues please ensure you request when confirming your function catering requirements.

6. Dry Till - Bowls Parties requiring a dry till can by organise with the club on the day of the function.

7. Price Changes - All prices quoted are subject to change up to two months prior to the function date and you will be notified in writing. Children 16 years and over are charged at the full adult price of $12 per head. Please discuss with the restaurant regarding meal packages for children under 13 years of age.

8. Final Payment - is required on or before the function date. Any additional charges must be paid at conclusion of function. Please discuss when confirming your function.

9. Payment Methods - Payable at the Host Venue by, cash, credit card or Eft.
